Bushmills 2000 Port Cask - Causeway Collection

Method and Madness 28 Year Old - Ruby Port Cask

This spectacular release represents something of a first for Irish Whiskey – it’s aged for six years in bourbon barrels before being re-casked for a further twenty-two-years maturation in a ruby port cask. Mango, kiwi and banana are all there in the nose, while barley and port make themselves known in the palate.

Redbreast 27 Year Old

The 27-year-old is the oldest member of the Redbreast line-up. It’s triple-distilled, and matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and ruby port casks. This imparts mango, blood orange and wood spice into the nose, with cherry menthol and vanilla following in the palate.
