Premium Bulleit Bourbon is a highly popular brand of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Diageo. It is most famous for its signature high-rye grain recipe, which gives it a bold, spicy, and less sweet character compared to traditional sweet corn bourbons.
Originally revived in 1987 by Thomas E. Bulleit, Jr., the brand is inspired by a 19th-century family recipe created by his great-great-grandfather, Augustus Bulleit.
