Macallan Edition No. 1
Bottled at 48%, Macallan Edition No. 1 is a limited edition single malt created by the eponymous distillery’s manager Bob Dalgarno. Made from a mix of sherry and bourbon oak-matured whisky, the luxurious dram is equal parts sweet and spicy, with hints of coffee beans, cocoa and dried fruit. Nectarean in every regard.

This whisky celebrates the landscape that surrounds this Speyside distillery, specifically the River Spey which runs through the estate and provides the water used to create their iconic spirit. The Macallan Home Collection celebrates the traditions and community surrounding the famous distillery. It was originally sold at the Macallan Estate, and at selected airports. The box features watercolour art by Colin Rizza, a MacAllan employee.
