Aberfeldy 25 Year Old - 125th Anniversary Edition
Aberfeldy is celebrating a whopping 125 years since the distillery first started producing spirit, and as part of the celebrations they’ve released a special edition of 25 Year Old single malt. This whisky has been matured for over two decades in a combination of re-fill hogsheads and refill butts, before being finished for more than a year in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, which have added a spiced note to Aberfeldy’s rich and fruity character.
Aberlour 1988 - 31 Year Old - Octave Premium
The Octave Premium range showcases premium scotch in ‘octave’ casks, one-eighth the size of a traditional butt. This Aberlour is limited to a very small run of fifty-eight – it spent thirty-one years maturing, and packs an intense burst of tropical fruit and ginger in the palate.
Aberlour 1991 - 30 Year Old - Vintage Edition
This 1991 Aberlour has been aged for three decades in a single hogshead cask, from which just 180 bottles were drawn. It’s exceptionally crisp and fruity, with a hint of spice lingering into the finish.
Aberlour 31 Year Old - Batch 10 - That Boutique-y Whisky Company
Here we have the tenth batch of Arberlour single-malt whisky to be bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Aged for thirty-one years, it comes complete with an illustration of the famous Mash Tun whisky bar and hotel in Aberlour.
An Islay Distillery 30 Year Old - Single Malts Of Scotland Marriage
Ardbeg 16 Year Old - Bottled 2020 - Cask 93
This sixteen-year-old Ardbeg comes from the distillery’s Rare Cask #93. It’s been given a finish in a Manzanilla sherry butt, before being bottled in early 2020. The cask yielded just 671 bottles, each at cask strength.
