Finest Macallan 72 Years Old in Lalique – The Genesis Decanter is an exceptionally rare single malt Scotch whisky released in 2018 to celebrate the grand opening of The Macallan new $200 million state-of-the-art distillery and visitor experience. Distilled in the 1940s and aged for over seven decades, it made history at the time of its debut as the oldest official bottling ever released by the distillery. Production was strictly limited to a finite run of only 600 individually numbered decanters worldwide.
